Overview

Flux Capacitor ("the Service") is a capacity planning tool operated by Super Green ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

  • Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
  • Airtable data — the Service reads team member records, project assignments, time entries, and related fields from your organization's Airtable base. This data is fetched on demand and is not stored permanently on our servers.
  • Usage data — we may collect basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the Service.

How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Authenticate you and restrict access to authorized users.
  • Display capacity planning information from your Airtable base.
  • Process assignment changes you make through the dashboard.
  • Improve and maintain the Service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., Google for authentication, Airtable for data access) or as required by law.

Data Retention

Session data is stored in cookies for authentication purposes. Airtable data is fetched in real time and cached temporarily for performance. We do not maintain a separate long-term copy of your Airtable data.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@super.green.
