Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flux Capacitor ("the Service"), operated by Super Green ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Flux Capacitor is a capacity planning dashboard that integrates with Airtable to display team utilization, project assignments, and workload forecasting. The Service is provided "as is" for internal team use.
Access and Accounts
- Access is restricted to users with authorized Google accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data beyond your authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Data and Airtable Integration
The Service reads from and writes to your organization's Airtable base. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of data stored in Airtable. We are not liable for data loss or corruption resulting from Airtable API changes or outages.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Super Green. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Green shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
